Well done to all those juniors who came up to Yorkshire last weekend to run in the Championships.

Everybody did well, and there were some outstanding runs from several juniors. As a small region, we may not always be able to win, but we can certainly compete with the best of them.

It was a pity that Anne Edwards picked up an injury on her last run for the Squad. I'm sure that she will be able to recover quickly from it and can run as well as she can in the Junior World Championships in Australia, starting next weekend.
