RAYS – Albania – Prevent SOC

The purpose of this project is to reduce the impact of serious and organised crime (SOC) on communities and protect the most vulnerable members of society from criminal exploitation by diverting young people at risk of involvement, or already involved, in SOC in Albania.
The expected outcomes are to stop people from being drawn into SOC and/or from continuing their involvement in SOC activities or criminality by delivering programme of interventions and pathways out that provide positive outcomes and impacts for individuals at risk of being drawn into SOC.
